Located just off the A51, Milldale is South West Cheshire District Scouts own campsite. Set in 28 acres of secluded countryside near Crewe it is open to all members of the Scouting and Guiding fraternity. A stream, 5 acres of mature woodland and a 7 acre camping field make Milldale an ideal location for traditional troop and patrol camping activities. A toilet block and large barn provide additional facilities.

Continue onto the B5071 sign-posted Wybunbury.
Continue onwards till reaching the cross roads with the Boars Head pub on your right.
Turn left onto the A51.
Take the second left (approx 1.25 miles) signposted Blakenhall.
The entrance to Milldale is 300 yards down on the right.
The Hut is a simple wooden ex-Army hut with a small entrance porch, main hall, kitchen, and a shower and 3 toilets. It stands in 4 acres of private grounds of which about 2.5 acres is woodland, the whole site being enclosed by a fence.

Leave Nantwich on the A51 past Reaseheath College, at the traffic lights continue straight and follow the A534 towards Wrexham, after you pass the Bickerton Poacher take the 3rd Left (at the top of the brow) turn left down onto Brunty bank, at the crossroads continue straight, with the church on your left hand side. The scout hut is about 0.5miles on your right hand side.
